Jelly-filled Swiss roll

Start by preparing the cake base: combine egg yolks with sugar, add flour, then gently incorporate the egg whites. Pour onto a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Spread the jelly on top of the cooled cake, then roll, slice and serve.
