Panna cotta & jelly

Gently heat cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add gelatin sheets that have been wrung out. Fill small serving jars or verrine glasses with the mixture up to halfway, and store in the fridge. When ready to serve, add the jelly on top, and garnish with fresh fruits.
