Creme brulee - France

Translated to "burnt cream," this well-known French dessert might not sound very appealing, so let's just stick with the melodious crème brûlée, shall we? It consists of baked custard topped with a firm layer of caramelized sugar. The first taste is magic: tapping your spoon to break the crunchy caramel crust, followed by a spoonful of vanilla-scented creamy custard. Even better, if it's just been broiled or torched. No matter where you are, one bite will make you feel like you're in some classic Parisian bistro—just close your eyes, and let yourself get carried away! Get the recipe here.
