Crepes Suzette - France

Crepes are a pretty emblematic French food, whether they be a meal you scarf down on the streets of Paris in between seeing the sights or served with fork and knife at a charming sit-down creperie. This sweet and tangy variety is made with beurre Suzette, a sweet, sticky, buttery sauce flavored with orange juice, zest and for even more pizzazz, optional Grand Marnier or brandy that gets lit on fire (flambé) for serving. Try them for a lazy Sunday brunch or make a large batch, and freeze the crepes for later. Get the full recipe here.
