Radishes are a natural diuretic. They help to cleanse your system of harmful toxins, and when combined with fresh fruits and coconut water, they become a health-filled accomplice to all your weight loss efforts. To make, add the following ingredients to your blender: 1 bunch of radishes, 1/2 cup mixed sprouts and 1/2 cup chopped radish leaves. Pulse for 30 seconds. Then add: 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 banana and 1 1/2 cups coconut water. Pulse until the mixture is smooth. If you're using fresh berries, add a few ice cubes and pulse again. Otherwise, toss in a pinch of Himalayan salt and a couple drops of liquid stevia, if you like. Pulse again for 10-15 seconds, and serve.
