French toast bake

If you're sitting with leftover PB & J sammies, or even the crusts, this French toast bake is a fabulous way to use them up! Pile up the pieces in a baking tin, pour over a cinnamon-nutmeg egg mixture, and bake. Top with jelly and crushed peanuts and serve!
