Vegetable Tian

Vegetable Tian is a classic French dish from the region of Provence. Tian is actually the name of the dish that it's prepared in. A Tian is a great way to use up loads of fresh summer vegetables: tomatoes, zucchinis and yellow squash are sliced thinly and then placed in alternating layers. They're then topped with cheese and baked in the oven to make a delicious vegetarian side dish that tastes just like summer! Get the recipe here.
