Grilled cantaloupe salad with blueberry ginger vinaigrette

Cantaloupe melons are abundant during the summer, and we usually tend to eat them raw in fruit salads or on their own with some Parma ham. But have you ever tried grilling cantaloupe before? It's actually super easy: simply coat your grill with oil or cooking spray and then grill the melon for about 3 minutes on each side. Once cooled, add it to the salad along with pecans, fresh greens, blueberries and goat cheese, and then top with a stunning blueberry ginger vinaigrette. This recipe is basically summer in salad-form! Get the recipe for grilled cantaloupe salad with blueberry ginger vinaigrette here.
