Ham and cheese roll-ups

If you're tired of eating plain ol' ham and cheese sandwiches at work, then it's time to try making wraps instead! They stay a lot fresher than classic sandwich bread and are much easier to eat if you slice them up into bite size roll-ups. This recipe uses ham and Provolone cheese, but you can switch it up to use your favorite deli meat and cheese: think roast beef and cheddar, turkey ham and Monterrey Jack, pastrami and Colby...the sky is the limit! Once wrapped, slice them up and eat with your hands, chopsticks or skewered on toothpicks. Get the recipe for ham and cheese roll-ups here.
