Key Lime Pie with Mango Sauce

Did you know that the Key Lime Pie is made with concentrated milk, because before the arrival of the first refrigerators in Florida (where the recipe originates) it was impossible to get fresh milk? To make it extra authentic, use limes from the Florida Keys. This great recipe adds a dash of mango coulis to round out the tropical, summery palate.
