Arepa

Arepas are little, round Venezuelan corncakes, often eaten for breakfast but also popularly split in half for meat, cheese and/or veggie-stuffed sandwiches. They're made from special cornflour called mazarepa, which can then be fried, grilled or even boiled. It's one of the most popular foods in Venezuela and for good reason!
