Trick or Treating is older than you think

Trick or Treating has it's origins in Medieval times, and was brought to America by the Irish. Very popular in the 20th century, it died out during the rationing of World War 2. Children's magazines, radio programs and comic strips like "Peanuts" helped to make it popular again in the 1950's.
