The Best Christmas Markets Around the World

There are a number of festive options for Christmas markets within the German capital. One in particular, the Weihnachtszauber at the Gendarmenmarkt, draws in more than 600,000 people every year with their unique handcrafted items and popular specialties such as white chocolate milk and fried apples.
And despite the fact that many British markets do their best to replicate the original historical German style in their Christmas markets, if you explore a bit more of Berlin you'll also find a curious attraction called A Very British Christmas. In this market, you'll find none less than traditional English pies, carols, and books for the Berliners' enjoyment.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
