Beginning in 1786, the Fira de Santa Llúcia Christmas Market in Barcelona now hosts over 300 stalls of holiday cheer. Rather than attempt to replicate the German themes of European Christmas markets, however, this festival celebrates its own cultural heritage and Catalan Christmas traditions through its parades, food, and craft stores. You'll find stands selling nativity scenes and handmade decor and accessories, as well as places to buy greenery and plants and traditional instruments such as simbombes.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
