Poland — Bigos

This ancient Polish dish can be traced back to the 14th century King Wladyslaw Jagiello, who would serve it to his guests after a long day's hunt. Today it is eaten on the second day of Christmas, and a traditional recipe must contain at least two of the following: deer, rabbit, boar, beef, bacon or sausage. Learn how to make it here.
