This restaurant chain, which currently has 13 restaurants in the US, is famed for its "outrageous, surly, and energetic servers who dish out good grub, cold booze and heaping helpings of sarcasm". If you displease the servers in any way, you can expect to be showered with napkins, forced to wear a paper hat with a personalized insult scribbled on it, and generally ridiculed. Fun!
