Ok, not your average breakfast, but 1/ they say to start the day with a piece of fruit, and 2/ it's Christmas!
Skewer your bananas onto sticks, melt some chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie (stirring every 30 seconds until melted), and sprinkle with candy, coconut, nuts or dried fruit. Place on a tray covered in parchment paper and put in the freezer for 5 minute or until the chocolate the chocolate has hardened. Be careful, don't leave them too long that the bananas freeze! If you need more time, place in the fridge just to keep cool.
