McSpaghetti
Somehow, this perplexing McDonald's menu item still exists in the Philippines (and is actually quite popular for that matter). But it was a total flop in the 1970s, and understandably so. A bed of plain spaghetti noodles topped with a big squirt of ketchup and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese sounds nothing short of ridiculous. The brand even introduced it with a side of chicken at one point, which didn't seem to help matters much.
