For some killer sub sandwiches in Vegas, The Sandwich Shop is a good place to start. Its huge menu is worth exploring, but if you need a surefire palate pleaser, then get the #12: Winston Cooper. Hot pastrami, roast beef, salami and cheese gets stacked onto your choice of bread (Dutch Crunch is king!) with veggies and sauce. If you haven't heard of Dutch Crunch bread, it's basically a special kind of bread loaf with a mottled crust and comes extra crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. What more could you want?!
