Jacques-Imo's is a real-deal NOLA institution, offering up an excellent Creole menu in a kitschy, colorful atmosphere. The place gets crazy busy during peak dining hours, but the food will be worth it. Pictured here is the shrimp and alligator sausage cheesecake (it sounds gross, but it's actually freakin' delish).
