Angry Burger

We're not sure what's so angry about this burger from KFC China, but it is definitely, erm, interesting. It's basically composed of a chicken patty with a red crust, sandwiched between a black bun with tomato and lettuce and topped with what's referred to as pork floss (fluffy shredded pork doused with sweet soy sauce). Not sure what it tastes like, but it was endorsed by TFBoys, one of China's biggest boy bands, so it must be popular.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
