6 Easy Ways to Trick Yourself Into Drinking More Water

If you're having trouble drinking water simply because there's no incentive (it has basically no taste, after all!), then remedy that by adding a bit flavoring to your glass. This can be in the form of a fresh fruit or veggie, such as lemon, cucumber, strawberry; or you can opt for something herbal such as mint, basil, or lavender.

If you're really in a hurry and don't have anything fresh to add, there are also packets of add-ins that you can buy from pretty much any grocery store. Be careful, though, that you choose something that doesn't have too many artificial flavorings or too much sugar, as that not only is unhealthy, but it can also dehydrate you further in large doses.
