Set a Timer

If you still struggle to drink water even when your glass or bottle is sitting right next to you, set a timer on your phone or watch. Have it go off every hour or two as a reminder to chug some water (and follow through!)

That way, even if you get really wrapped up in whatever you're doing, you never let too much time pass you by without pausing for the essentials. This also allows you to space out your water intake, rather than feeling the pressure to chug a ton all at once to make up for a dehydrated morning or afternoon.
