Nut Free Vegan Fruit Slice

The holidays can make it tough for our vegan friends and family members to take part in all the festive treats. This recipe captures the essence of a typical fruitcake without using eggs or other non-vegan ingredients. It also uses coconut flour and is 100 percent nut free, making it great for those of us with gluten sensitivities and food allergies, or who are trying to be health conscious this Christmas season.
