Peel ginger using a teaspoon

If you've ever tried to peel ginger using a vegetable peeler, you know that the results are disastrous. 

To avoid wasting ginger and make life a lot easier, try peeling ginger with a teaspoon. 

Simply hold the ginger root in your left hand, a teaspoon in your right, and scrape the ginger downwards using the rounded part of the teaspoon. Ta da!
