We love the color and flavor of pomegranate seeds in a fruit salad, on top of a chocolate mousse or even on humus.
The only problem is that removing the seeds is such a pain!
But rest assured, there is an easy way to go about this. Simply cut the pomegranate into quarters then hit each piece with the back of a wooden spoon until the seeds fall out. Done!
