Coolhaus - Los Angeles, California, USA

This place may have spread all over the country and even into our retail stores, but it's still maintained its trendy LA roots! Coolhaus is a women-owned business that was just as inspired by food culture as it was by architecture and design, which makes it no surprise that everything about this place (from the flavors to the shops to the marketing) is bursting with creativity. They even let customers custom-make their own sandwiches by choosing from a huge selection of ice creams as well as cookies, such as brownie, fruity pebbles, and snickerdoodle.
