Oregon has no shortage of delicious Chinese eateries, but Frank's Noodle House in Portland seems to retain most people's attention, thanks to its signature stir-fried handmade noodles ordered to your spice convenience. There's just something so comforting about biting into a pile of thick, chewy hand-pulled noodles that doesn't compare to the easily forgettable industrial varieties, and here they're as good as any you'd taste in Northwest China.
