It is simply an unassuming restaurant tucked away in a stripmall in Des Moines, offering rave-worthy Chinese fare and exceptional service. The egg rolls are worthy of being included in the name, and though it offers a pretty typical menu of Americanized options, the food is made-to-order and adapted to your tastes upon request. Beyond that, people just rave about how wonderful Sam and his staff is, so there's definitely something to be said about providing good service!
