For some of the best dim sum and an authentic Chinese dining experience outside of Boston, head to Winsor Dim Sum House & Bar in Quincy, Massachusetts. If you've never had traditional cart service, you'll enjoy seeing carts pushed around with a selection of foods to choose from, although you're going to be ordering the bulk of your meal on a checklist. If you don't know what everything is, simply ask to see some photos, and don't worry about the freshness—everything is made to order. It's a great place to try some things you might not see elsewhere (chicken claws, pork tripe, soup, fried duck tongue, to name a few!). FYI: Cash only.
