The particularity of this worth-the-hype San Francisco restaurant isn't its fried rice, its kung pao chicken or any of the other usual suspects that often top peoples' lists of Chinese food faves. Instead, San Tung is known for its air-fried chicken wings tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce with garlic, ginger and roasted red peppers. Some even claim they're the best in town. That being said, the rest of the menu by no means pales in comparison; also try the black bean sauce noodles and sauteed green beans.
