Florida - No Name Chinese

Coming up with the name for a new and hip contemporary Chinese restaurant proved to be a bit of a head scratcher for the owners of No Name Chinese in South Miami. It's an odd name for sure, but they must be doing something right, considering the buzz their business has generated since opening in May 2017. Don't be expecting a feast of greasy takeout faves; this is Miami, after all. Instead, the restaurant's mission is to combine Chinese cooking techniques and flavors with locally sourced ingredients and an impeccable wine list. So far, so good. (FYI: The chef isn't Chinese.)
