Bibimbap

If you haven't already tried this sizzling bowl of Korean deliciousness, you really have been missing out. In English, bibimbap literally translates to "sizzling rice," as it is a dish of white rice topped with sliced, marinated meat, sauteed and seasoned veggies, gochujang (chili pepper paste) and often a fried egg on top. Traditionally served in a hot stone pot, it should still be sizzling when served, hence the name.
