The best time to weigh yourself is the morning as soon as you wake up, even before drinking a glass of water. Do keep in mind that there will always be slight fluctuations, due to your water intake, when and what you eat and when you have bowel movements. So don't freak out if you're 1 pound heavier than yesterday. Just keep an eye on your weight, and make sure 1 pound doesn't turn into 5!
