Viandero is actually a generic Spanish word meaning grocery store on wheels, not a brand name for an official food truck. But if you've been to Miami recently, you'll definitely notice these mobile convenience stores that sell not only fresh produce but also a selection of typical Latin American foodstuffs, batidos (cold beverages made with tropical fruit and blended with milk or ice) and freshly made Cuban tamales.
