This food truck, called the Tamale Spaceship, has been in business since 2011 and is known for serving up killer tamales in The Loop in Chicago. At one point, the truck expanded into restaurant territory, but the brick-and-mortar location has since closed. That hasn't affected its meals-on-wheels business, however! Branded as the best Mexican food truck in the Windy City, you won’t want to miss it!
