Food truck names don’t get any weirder than Kim Jong Grillin’ in Portland. Though you might be surprised to learn it wasn't inspired by the current infamous North Korean leader Kim Jong-un but rather his predecessor, Kim Jong-il. That's because it's been a success in the making since 2009. In 2011, the cart unexpectedly went up in flames at a local food festival where it had just won an award. Today, it's one of the most popular food trucks in town serving up incredible bulgogi and bibim "boxes," among other dishes.
