This flying metal gladiator pig is one of the weirdest-looking food trucks out there! Its food options on the other hand, are a bit more normal: pork and chicken sandwiches, mac and cheese, sundaes, etc. As for its quirky name Maximus/Minimus, it means you can order your food maximus-style (aka hot and spicy) or minimus-style (mild, sweet and tangy). While the Seattle-based food truck is not open in 2018, stay tuned for future opening dates!
