Ground Round

Another great use for round meat is grinding it up for burgers. The only disadvantage here is that ground round can become quite dry if cooked past medium-rare. Because it's on the lean side (at least 90%), you're better off combining it with a fattier cut of ground beef that can withstand higher temperatures.
