Owned and run by husband-and-wife team Celia and Ralph Primo, Primo's Donuts is an icon in Southern California and has been serving mutiple generations of families since opening in 1956. The donuts are made fresh daily, with some favorites being the buttermilk bar (house specialty) and its old-school classics (Long Johns, cake donuts with glaze). It's not the place to go for fancy, hipster creations, but that's part of its charm, and you will never be let down. Fans might also be happy to learn that a second location is opening in Venice this year.
