UNCOOKED Meats (BEEF, LAMB, VEAL, PORK)

  • Bacon and sausage: 1 to 2 months
  • Uncooked roasts: 4 to 12 months
  • Uncooked steaks or chops: 4 to 12
  • Uncooked ground: 3 to 4 months

Tip: If you leave the supermarket wrapping on the meat, make sure you wrap it again with heavy-duty aluminum foil or freezer paper. Or place it into a freezer bag, and seal it tightly.
