  • Raw egg whites: 12 months (yolks don't freeze well)
  • Quiches, omelets, casseroles: 2 months
  • Liquid egg substitutes, unopened: 12 months
  • Store-bought eggnog: 6 months

Tip: You can also freeze hard-boiled egg yolks as a topping or decoration. Freezing raw egg yolks is possible, but it requires tedious preparation, which frankly, isn't really worth it.
