Restaurants that Started out as Food Trucks

Before MOFU Shoppe, it was Pho Nomenal Dumpling food truck. And before it was Pho Nomenal Dumpling, it was Dump Pho King Truck (see what they did there?). In 2015, the two owners and their Pho Nomenal Dumpling truck won Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race" which led to them opening a restaurant shortly thereafter. While their original claim to fame included dumplings and pho, they aren't a focus on the new menu. Instead, expect an innovative blend of Pan-Asian dishes, such as this killer smoked pork belly bowl with Thai basil raw corn salad, steamed rice, coconut sake vinaigrette, pickled veggies and a poached egg.
