Mac Mart - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Mac and cheese—what better dish to serve as street food to hungry university students? That's exactly the idea Mac Mart's owner had in mind when launching her food truck on the streets of Drexel University in 2013. Three years later, the successful mobile venture planted its roots next to Rittenhouse Square, and it hasn't looked back. Here, it's mac and cheese galore, including the "In the buff" (pictured above): classic mac and cheese topped with buffalo chicken chunks, potato chip-panko crunch and buttermilk ranch sauce. If you're feeling particularly gluttonous, go for the Texas Toast mac and cheese sandwich.
