Fresa's Chicken al Carbon started out as a drive-thru and walk-up counter for delicious marinated wood-grilled chicken available in meal platters, tacos, bowls, etc. Now they've added a second location where you can dine in, but the original walk-up window still exists on 9th and Lamar. It's pricier than other fast Mexican restaurants, but the flavor and quality of the food continue to win people over.
