This former food cart-turned-brick-and-mortar has two locations in Portland, Oregon and now one in Las Vegas. Not for the meat-averse, the focus here is on unique beef and pork sandwiches. Don't pass up the inimitable pork meatball banh mi with pickled veggies, sriracha mayo and fresh herbs. The Korean pork shoulder is also a must, but you could really just make your way through the eclectic menu without being disappointed. Tables are available on-site, but when it gets crowded, just take your sammy to go.
