France

France is famous for its food, and when it comes to school lunches, that doesn't change. Students are given between one to two hours for lunch, and while older students normally go home to eat, younger grades are treated to elaborate meals. Served with a glass of water, lunch consists of a salad, a main course (normally meat and veggies), cheese, and either a small dessert or fruit.
