Spanish chicken and couscous

Spaniards have a reputation for keeping things spicy, and this chicken and couscous recipe only confirms it. Israeli couscous is a lovely alternative to the usually fine-grained varieties, and it serves as the comfy base for chopped chicken breast and veggies. The sauce gets its zing from various spices, and canned diced tomatoes with green chiles make it a real fiesta-worthy dish.
