Tuna Salad Sandwich

Tuna sandwiches derive from tuna salad, which in its simplest form is nothing more than flaked tuna combined with mayonnaise. It came about in America when canned tuna became widely available at the beginning of the 20th century, and the popularity of this inexpensive pantry staple soared. The creamy, tangy combination has since become a fixture on America's sandwich menus (and at home) and can be adapted endlessly. This recipe uses Greek yogurt in place of mayo for a healthier touch.
