Stick to Lean Proteins

To lower your calorie intake, stick to leaner protein options: white-fleshed fish (cod, pollock, tilapia, halibut), poultry (boneless skinless chicken breasts), some pork cuts (tenderloin, boneless chops), and seafood (shrimp, scallops).
